Ujjain Shiva History

Ujjain, located in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, holds great significance in Hindu mythology and history, particularly in relation to Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities of Hinduism. The city is renowned for its association with the ancient Hindu pilgrimage site of Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas (sacred representations of Lord Shiva) in India.
