The Punjab and Haryana High Court has reprimanded the Haryana SSC. Also condemned the role of Haryana Staff Selection Commission. Ordered to be careful in future. The Commission hid information from the High Court. The High Court has imposed a fine of 20 thousand on the Commission. Said that no important fact should be hidden.

Condemning the role of Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) in opposing the petition filed by a petitioner seeking a job, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has told the Commission to be careful in future while filing a reply in the court.

However, the High Court has not taken any strict action, because the Secretary of the Commission, who was filing such a "frivolous" reply, has already retired. The court has imposed a fine of twenty thousand rupees on the Commission and ordered to give this amount to the petitioner.

The interesting thing in this case is that in this case the Commission not only hid some material from the High Court during the hearing of the case, but also told the court that the petitioner had applied under the SC category, whereas he had applied under the Ex-Serviceman (General) category.

The High Court reprimanded the Commission
The court said that looking at the reply of HSSC, it appears that the present petitioner is not entitled to file a petition in the High Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, because no fundamental right of the petitioner has been violated.
