Haryana News: Discussion on making temporary employees permanent in Haryana, committee of nine senior officers formed

There is good news for those people in Haryana who are working on contract. The government is considering making them permanent. A committee (Haryana Latest News) has also been formed in this regard. This committee will make a policy by calling for the details of temporary employees, after which such a policy will be made which cannot be challenged in the court.

The Haryana government is considering regularizing the contractual employees of the state. A committee of nine senior officers has been formed to explore the possibilities of regularizing the contractual employees, in which eight are IAS officers.

The first meeting of the committee of these IAS officers was held on Friday, in which it was agreed to call for the complete details of the contractual employees working in all the departments and make such a policy which cannot be challenged in the court.

Discussion on making temporary employees permanent

At present, discussion has been started on this by collecting details about temporary employees working for five years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years.

On the instructions of Chief Minister Naib Singh, Chief Secretary TVSN Prasad has formed a committee of nine senior officers, which includes IAS Vijayendra Kumar, D Suresh, Vikas Gupta, Dr. Amit Agarwal, J Ganeshan, Pankaj, Dr. Aditya Dahiya, Jitendra Kumar and Rajendra Verma as members.

The committee of officers has been asked to give a report soon on all the options of making temporary employees permanent. This report can also be placed in the state cabinet meeting to be held on August 5 under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini.
