BSP will contest assembly elections in five states including Delhi-Haryana and Jammu

Mayawati has once again been unanimously elected as the National President of BSP for five years. Party's National General Secretary Satish Chandra Mishra had proposed to make Mayawati the National President. She has been continuously elected as the National President of the party since 18 September 2003.
 

BSP has announced that the party will contest the assembly elections in Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi. The strategy for the by-elections to be held on 10 seats in UP was also discussed

in the meeting. BSP will contest on all ten seats in the by-elections to be held in UP.
Mayawati has once again been elected as the National President in the meeting of the National Executive of Bahujan Samaj Party. BSP has issued a press release in this regard. The party has geared up for the upcoming assembly elections.
