Deputy government surrounded by difficulties

A PIL has been filed in the High Court against the appointment of more than 15 percent of the total MLAs as ministers in the 90-member 15th Legislative Assembly of Haryana. Such PILs have been filed in previous governments as well.
The petition alleged that the maximum number of ministers in the cabinet can be 13.5, but Haryana currently has 14 ministers, which is a violation of the Constitution Amendment.
A PIL has been filed in the High Court challenging the appointment of more than 15 percent ministers in the 90-member Legislative Assembly of Haryana (Haryana News). The petition states that according to the Constitution Amendment, the Assembly cannot have more than 15 percent of the total number of MLAs as ministers, but currently Haryana has 14 ministers.
After becoming the Chief Minister of Haryana, Naib Singh Saini took charge on Friday. On Friday, Naib Saini also held his first cabinet meeting. Naib Saini has taken many important decisions in the first cabinet meeting. During this, the Naib government has also taken a big decision regarding reservation.
In the meeting chaired by Chief Minister Naib Saini, it was decided that sub-classification will be done in the reservation of Scheduled Castes. He said that the Supreme Court had given authority to the states in this regard.
