Indian players are spreading amazing brilliance in the Paralympic Games being played in Paris and are getting medal after medal for the country. India's female badminton player Nitya Shri Sivan has won another medal for the country. She won the bronze medal in the SH6 category of women's singles on Monday.

Nitya won the medal by defeating Indonesia's Rina Marlina in straight games. The Indian player won 21-14, 21-16 in a match played for just 26 minutes. With this win, Nitya also avenged her defeat to Marlina in women's doubles.
The match was great

Nitya has won the medal in the SH6 category. People of short stature play in this category. Nitya showed strong game from the beginning. She took a 7-0 lead. After this Marlina equalized the score to 10-10. After this Nitya scored five points. Nitya won the first game 21-14.

India has 15 medals

India has so far won a total of 15 medals in these games. Out of these, three are gold, five are silver and seven are bronze medals. Team India will try its best to surpass the number of 19 medals won in Tokyo Paralympics.
