Solar panels will be installed free of cost on the roofs of the houses of poor families in Haryana. Families whose annual income is Rs 1.80 lakh will be ensured to get the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme. This will not only meet the electricity needs of the house, but will also be able to earn by selling the excess electricity.
Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said in the SC Yuva Sammelan organized at Sant Kabir Kutir Niwas that the welfare schemes of the double engine government of the Center and the state are benefiting the Scheduled Caste, poor and Antyodaya families. The state government is working on a mission mode.
