The Happy Card Scheme launched by the Haryana Government is a very special initiative. Under the Happy Card Project, Antyodaya families will get the facility to travel free in Haryana Roadways buses. Let us know through the article who can apply for this scheme and how to apply.

What is Happy Card Scheme?
The Haryana Happy Card Project was launched by former Chief Minister Manohar Lal on 7 March 2024. To avail the facility, beneficiaries will be issued a smart card linked to the e-ticketing system to travel free in Haryana Roadways buses. Through the card, beneficiaries can travel 1000 km free per year. 22.89 lakh families of Haryana will be given the benefit of this scheme.

A beneficiary has to pay a fee of Rs 50 for the Happy Card. Also, the cost of the card is Rs 109 and the annual maintenance fee is Rs 79. About Rs 600 crore has been spent by the Haryana government on the implementation of this scheme. The benefit of this scheme will be available only in Haryana Roadways buses.
