CBSE board exams will be conducted under CCTV camera surveillance
Following the lines of P Board, now CBSE board exams will also be under the surveillance of CCTV cameras. Regarding this, the Central Board of Secondary Education has issued an order, which states that CCTV cameras should be mandatory in the exam hall. The board will also keep its recording safe. CBSE 10th and 12th board exams 2025 will be conducted from February 15.
In the information issued by CBSE to the principals of all affiliated schools and heads of institutions, it has been said that the board examinations of class 10th and 12th will be conducted only in that room. Where CCTV camera facility will be available. It has also been mentioned that if a school does not have any fixed camera, then they will not be considered as part of the examination venue for the students. This rule will be implemented in CBSE board exam 2025.
According to the board, about 44 lakh students from all over the country will appear in the 10th and 12th board examinations to be held in 2025. CBSE schools have been asked to install high resolution cameras for the upcoming board exams, from where the exam can be easily monitored.
The recording of the examination hall will be kept for at least two months after the declaration of class 10th and 12th results. The footage of the cameras will be accessed only by authorized personnel. CBSE has ordered the schools to ensure that the cameras have dynamic monitoring of specific areas or students with options of pan, tilt and zoom.
CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exams 2025 will be conducted from February 15. According to media reports, CBSE can release the datesheet in the month of December. The time table for the practical exam will be released separately by the board. The datesheet will be released on the official website.
