A big gift from Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Haryana Day

On the occasion of Haryana Day, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini presented another gift to the state. The state government has taken another historic step towards digital governance in Haryana, implementing a paperless registration system across the state. Chief Minister Saini launched the system by pressing a button during a press conference held at Haryana Niwas.
The Chief Minister stated that this initiative was launched on September 29th in Ladwa tehsil of Kurukshetra district and has now been expanded to the entire state. He stated that a total of 917 paperless registrations have been successfully completed from September 29th to October 31st, 2025, which is a testament to the success of this system.
Relief from the decades-old, complex registry process
The Chief Minister stated that this new system will provide relief to people from the decades-old, complex registry process and eliminate unnecessary delays in registry work. Citizens will now be able to complete most procedures from the comfort of their homes. They will only need to visit the relevant tehsil once to get their photographs taken.
A major step towards transparency and good governance
He stated that this initiative is not only a significant step towards transparency and good governance, but will also provide real convenience to the people of the state. He also added that paperless registry will save time and resources and curb the potential for corruption.
Tourism Minister Arvind Sharma, Health Minister Kumari Aarti Singh Rao, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Rajesh Khullar, Financial Commissioner Dr. Sumita Mishra, Director General of the Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department KM Pandurang, Special Secretary of the Revenue Department Yashpal Singh, and Chief Minister's Media Secretary Praveen Atreya were also present.
Deendayal Lado Laxmi App Launched
On the special occasion of Haryana Day, women in the state received another significant gift towards self-reliance and economic empowerment. Chief Minister Saini today released an amount of Rs 2,100 each to 522,162 eligible women beneficiaries under the Deendayal Lado Laxmi Scheme. These women received benefits totaling Rs 109 crore 65 lakh 40 thousand 200. CM Saini stated that the Deendayal Lado Laxmi App was launched on the occasion of the 109th birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
The Chief Minister stated that all women aged 23 years and above whose family annual income is less than Rs 1 lakh can benefit from this scheme. As of October 31, 2025, 697,697 women have successfully applied, of which 522,162 women's applications were found to be valid after verification. Those whose documents are submitted correctly will also have the money deposited into their accounts.
Job security for 1.25 lakh youth
Job security was provided to 1.20 lakh youth recruited through the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. The target was set to make 5 lakh women Lakhpati Didi in the state. Women-led startups in the state have increased to 50 percent. The number of medical colleges in the state has also increased from 6 to 17, and the number of MBBS seats has increased from 700 to 2,385.
The Chief Minister informed that 12,20,872 micro, small, and medium enterprises have been registered in the state in the last 11 years. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for Terminal 3 of Maharaja Agrasen Airport on April 14, 2025. 21 new national highways were announced to connect every district with national highways, of which work on 13 has been completed.
