Air India Express launches 6 new daily flights

Tata Group's Air India Express has started 6 new daily flights to strengthen the domestic network. Of these 6 flights, 2 will fly on Kolkata, 3 on Chennai and one on Guwahati-Jaipur route. Air India Express flies more than 380 flights daily. The airline's fleet includes 54 Boeing 737s and 28 Airbus A320s.

Air India Express added 6 new destinations to its daily flights. The airline had issued a press release regarding this. The airline said in its release that six new daily flights have been started including Chennai and Kolkata.

Air India Express has taken this decision to strengthen the domestic network. Of these flights, three will fly from Chennai, two flights from Kolkata and one flight on Guwahati-Jaipur route. All these services have been started from 12 August 2024.

According to the airline's press release, the new flights operate on Chennai-Bhubaneswar, Chennai-Bagdogra, Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata-Varanasi, Kolkata-Guwahati and Guwahati-Jaipur sectors.

Air India Express, owned by the Tata Group, operates over 380 flights daily. This includes 54 Boeing 737s and 28 Airbus A320s.
