Women will get Rs 2100 per month, farmers will get loan of Rs 1 lakh without interest

Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini announced the provision of "Lado Laxmi Yojana" in the budget address. He said that we had resolved to give financial assistance of ₹ 2100 / - per month to women. Now to fulfill this, "Lado Laxmi Yojana" is being finalized. The CM said that he has made a provision of Rs 5,000 crore for this in the financial year 2025-26.
Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini presented his first budget on Monday (March 17). Saini proposed a state budget of Rs 2.05 lakh crore for 2025-26, which is 13.70 percent more than the revised estimate of 2024-25. In this, special focus was kept on women and youth. The CM announced the provision of "Lado Laxmi Yojana" in the budget address.

Transport buildings will be built
The CM said that 500 Non AC standard BS-VI, 150 HVAC, 375 e-buses will be purchased. Under Public Private Partnership, bus stations of Pipli, Karnal, Sector-36 A/12A Gurugram, Ballabhgarh (Faridabad), Sonipat will be built. Also, a transport building will be built with an amount of Rs 71 crore. He said that free bus travel will be provided to all Divyang persons. Live tracking of buses through GPS like railways will be made available to the general public.
Big relief to farmers
In the budget, there will be no interest on a loan of one lakh from farmers. Women will be given interest free loans. Under the Chief Minister's Milk Producer Incentive Scheme, an allocation incentive amount of Rs 70 crore will be given to cooperative milk producers along with milk payment in the financial year 2025-26.
Air service will start from Hisar
CM Saini said in the House that the government aims to include 30% electric vehicles in its total fleet in the next 5 years. He said that lifetime tax will be levied in place of annual motor vehicle tax for transport vehicles. Automated vehicle testing stations will be set up in the public private partnership model under the Central Motor Vehicle Rules. The Chief Minister proposed to increase the revised estimate of Rs 3088.52 crore for the year 2024-25 for the Regional Transport and Transport Department by 9.71% to Rs 3388.47 crore in the year 2025-26. He informed that soon air service will be started from Hisar to Ayodhya, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Jammu.
A heliport will be built on 16 acres of land in Gurugram. Along with this, 2988 acres of land was identified in Hisar under the Haryana Aerospace and Defense Policy, 2022 in the budget. A proposal was made to set up industrial units like Aerospace, defense, Food processing, Aircargo, Warehouse, Textile. The CM said that a heliport will be built on 16 acres of land in Gurugram. 10 single engine and 2 double engine training ships will be purchased for student pilot training. At the same time, the time taken for training of about 3 to 4 years will be reduced to one year.
Proposal of Rs 516.26 crore for Civil Aviation Department
The CM proposed Rs 516.26 crore for the Civil Aviation Department in the year 2025-26. Under PPP, we will ensure to lease at least five complexes in the year 2025-26. The International Surajkund Fair will be organized twice a year by upgrading the basic infrastructure of the fair in Faridabad. Loharu Fort, Bhiwani will be developed for tourism. Rakhigarhi will be developed as a world-class archaeological site. Tourist guides will be arranged at all tourism and archaeological centers.
Proposal of Rs 4830.73 crore for Public Works and Road Department
The CM proposed Rs 4830.73 crore for the Public Works and Road Department in the year 2025-26. Under the Chief Minister Jal Sanchay Yojana, 100 ponds will be constructed with the help of MNREGA. 2200 water tanks will be constructed for the management of micro irrigation in the fields. Old pumps installed in the lift irrigation project will be replaced at a cost of Rs 100 crore. Through the Sutlej-Yamuna Link Canal, the people of Haryana will be provided their rightful share of water from Punjab.
262.31 crores for Information and Public Relations Department
The CM proposed Rs 262.31 crore for the Information and Public Relations Department in the year 2025-26. A proposal was also made to improve the nutrition level of 80 thousand malnourished children by spending an additional amount of Rs 12 crore. A proposal was made to implement the Kishori Yojana in all 22 districts with an additional amount of Rs 60 crore. A proposal was made to build women's hostels in Panchkula, Panipat, Sonipat, Rewari, Faridabad and Gurugram.
1372.10 crores for Women and Child Development Department
In the budget, a proposal was made to convert 2000 Anganwadi centers into play schools in a phased manner with an amount of Rs 81.63 crore. It was proposed to convert 2000 Anganwadi centers into capable Anganwadi centers and to increase the revised estimate of Rs 1008.44 crore for the year 2024-25 for the Department of Women and Child Development by 36.1% to Rs 1372.10 crore in the year 2025-26. The CM said that from the year 2022 till now, an amount of Rs 1093.40 crore has been transferred directly to the bank accounts of a total of 5,43,663 beneficiaries through pro-active pension mode.
