How will India become a leader in AI?

The Union Minister said- 'Our scientists and youth have a good understanding of technology and India is currently leading in many major technological subjects. I am confident that India will use it well in AI as well. Today, the form of AI shown through Chat GPT is very small. 10-15 years ago, AI has been used very well in the industrial world. Due to that, productivity has increased. It has also been used well in industrial safety.'

The Union Minister further said that till now we have seen only one chapter of AI. AI is much bigger than this. If it is used in other parts of the society, then India will become a leader in it. The engineers of our country are doing very good work in this field. Soon we will move towards becoming a leader in this field.
The Union Minister said- India is dealing with challenges
On the challenges of deepfake, Ashwini Vaishnav said that on one hand the world wants to deal with the challenges by making laws. We have found a unique and technological solution for this. For example, the technology to detect deepfakes has been developed at IIT Jodhpur. Work is going on in different educational institutions of the country. The world is also surprised to see all this. Ashwini Vaishnav further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken up the mission of democratizing technology. Today, very cheap internet is available in the country. The government will focus the most on these three sectors: agriculture, health care and education.
